Shipping Policy
Orders are usually packaged and shipped within 5 business days with tracking information provided. However, actual delivery times can vary depending on the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays as well as failed deliveries due to an incorrect address you provided. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Replacements may be provided if the container arrives damaged. Please contact us at Support@TheolaLeeandCo.com within 14 days of receipt. Also please provide pictures of the damaged item. We will make every effort to remediate the issue.
Refunds
